| 摘 要： | 综述近3年中医药治疗缺血性中风的文献,探讨了痰瘀互结、痰瘀同治与缺血性中风治疗机制的相关性,认为痰瘀互阻是缺血性中风病病理基础中的重要环节,在此基础上确立的痰瘀同治法则通过作用于血管及血液流变学、脂质代谢、炎症介质及免疫反应等方面,成为缺血性中风治疗的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Concluded the latest three-year reports on research of TCM treating Ischemic Stroke,this article investigate the correlation of phlegm and stasis combined and co-treatment of phlegm and stasis in the thera-peutic mechanism in Ischemic Stroke.
