中医药治疗黄体功能不足用药规律分析

目的：探讨黄体功能不足中医治疗用药规律。方法：选用主题词“黄体功能不肜全”，副主题词“中医药治疗”、“中医治疗”、“中药治疗”检索“中国知网学术文献总库”（CNKI）1992～2012年的医学数据，经筛选实际分析文献94篇，对其用药规律进行归纳和一般统计学方法分析。结果：94篇中医药治疗的文献中，共用中药155味，使用频次前20位的药物分别为菟丝子、当归、熟地黄、淫羊藿、白芍、枸杞子、山药、山茱萸、柴胡、香附、女贞子、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、续断、鹿角霜、党参、旱莲草、杜仲、仙茅、白术。结论：黄体功能不足用药是以补虚、活血化瘀为主，兼及其他，在具体用药上又各具特点。

Analysis on the Medication Rules of LPD Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective ： To study the medication rule of TCM in treating LPD. Method ： Use ＂LPD＂ as a topic phrase, and ＂the Chinese medicine curing＂ and ＂the Chinese herbal curing＂ as the assistant -topic phrases were inspected in the medical science data of CNKI from 1992 to 2012. Finally, 94 literatures were selected and we made the analysis of the use of inductive and general statistical method. Results ： Discovery of 94 tradi- tional Chinese medicine treatment was reported in the literature,and among 155 kinds of flavors of Chinese medicine, the frequency of the use of the first 20 drugs respectively was as follows ： Dodder, Angelica, Reh- mannia, Epimedium, white peony root, wolfberry fruit, yams, dogwood, Bupleurum, Cyperus, Ligustrum lu- cidum, Morinda, Cistanche, Sichuan off, Antlers, Codonopsis, Eclipta, Eucommia, Curculigo, Atrac- tylodes. Conclusion：Generally, LPD medication is tonic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood sta- sis, and others have their specific characteristics when using of other drugs.
