| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性研究黑龙江地区女童特发性中枢性性早熟（ICPP）的中医辨证分型分布特点。方法：对ICPP患儿的主症、伴随症、舌脉象以及发病相关因素以调查问卷的形式进行采集后总结。结果：阴虚火旺组占11．29％，肝郁化火组占54．84％，脾虚痰结组占33．87％。结论：在北方地区肝郁化火型性早熟患儿多于脾虚痰结型，而阴虚火旺型则低于前两型。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the dialectical classification characteristics in traditional Chinese medicine of id- iopathic central precocious puberty （ICPP） girls of Heilongjiang region retrospectively. Methods： Collect and summarize the main symptoms, accompanying symptoms, tongue and pulse condition and related factors of ICPP girls in the form of questionnaires. Results： Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency group was 11.29% ; pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver - qi group accounted for 54.84% , followed by splenasthenic phlegm group 33.87%. Conclusion： For ICPP girls in northern region, the number of the type of pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver - qi is more than the type of splenasthenic phlegm, which is even more than the type of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency. |
