安宫牛黄丸对重症颅脑损伤患者意识障碍恢复作用的临床观察

目的：观察安宫牛黄丸对重症颅脑损伤的治疗作用。方法：以重症颅脑损伤后164例患者为观察对象,按随机数字法分为安宫牛黄丸配合常规西药组（治疗组）70例和常规西药组（对照组）94例,连续用药10d,分别于伤后第1、3、7、10天用格拉斯（GCS）评分法的各项评分记分进行比较。结果：睁眼、言语、运动反应评分及GCS评分等指标两组伤后均逐渐升高,伤后第3、7、10天两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组增高明显。结论：安宫牛黄丸具有显著促进重症颅脑损伤后意识障碍恢复作用,可有效地治疗颅脑损伤。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Disturbance of Consciousness of Severe Herd Injury Patients by Angongniuhuang Pill

Objective To observe the effect of Angongniuhuang Pill in treating severe Head Injury.Methods 164 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in the treated group and the control group with Angongniuhuang Pills coordination corwention western medicine group.Patients apply drugs continuously for 10 day,separately after injury the first day,the third day,the seventh day and tenth day with GCS grading method each item carries the comparison.Results Open eyes,speech,motor response score and the GCS score and other parameters between two groups were gradually increased after injury.Hurt the third,seventh,tenth days between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）.It increased significantly in the treatment group.Conclusion After severe head injury,Angongniuhuang pills have significant role to promote the recovery of conscious disturbance,and have effective treatment for severe head injury.
