| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育档案对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者健康教育的效果。方法：选择104例AMI患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组由护士应用传统宣教册进行健康教育,观察组由护士应用健康教育档案进行健康教育。比较两组患者AMI疾病及预防知识问卷得分和出院后遵医行为情况。结果：观察组AMI疾病及预防知识掌握率80.76%明显优于对照组64%（P〈0.01）;出院电话回访规律复诊率92.3%明显高于对照组74%;正确饮食率48.07%明显高于对照组26%（P〈0.05）。结论：应用健康教育档案增强了健康教育的效果,使护士对患者的健康教育规范化、标准化,提高了患者满意度。
