解郁养血汤联合音乐心理疗法治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果分析

目的：分析评估解郁养血汤联合音乐心理疗法治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果。方法：将住院的产后抑郁症患者160例随机分成两组,对照组80例采用单纯中药治疗,观察组80例采用中药联合音乐心理治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：在治疗前和治疗6周末,采用产后抑郁的疗效判定标准判定两组在治疗第6周末的疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对产后抑郁症患者采用中药联合音乐心理治疗可以取得较好疗效。

Therapeutic Effi cacy Analysis of Jieyuyangxuetang Combined with Music Psychotherapy Therapy for the Treatment of Postpartum Depression

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effi cacy of Jieyuyangxuetang combined with music psychotherapy therapy for the treatment of postpartum depression. Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups with each group 80 patients, and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, while the observation group was treated with music psychotherapy except traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic efficacies of two groups were both observed and compared with each other. Results After 6 weeks observation, there were signifi cant differences between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Postpartum depression medicine for joint music psychotherapy patients achieved good results.
