补脾益肠丸对腹泻型肠易激综合征动物模型的影响

摘    要:目的:通过观察补脾益肠丸不同剂量对小鼠腹泻模型及母子分离法内脏高敏感大鼠模型的影响,评价补脾益肠丸防治肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法:①分别采用番泻叶和蓖麻油引起的小鼠腹泻模型,观察补脾益肠丸的止泻作用。②采用母子分离法制备内脏高敏感大鼠模型,观测补脾益肠丸对该模型大鼠血清及肠黏膜组织中血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MTL)水平的影响。结果:①补脾益肠丸中、大剂量可显著减少给药后2h番泻叶引起的腹泻次数;补脾益肠丸中、大剂量可显著减少给药后各个时点(2h、4h、6h)蓖麻油引起的腹泻次数。②补脾益肠丸对模型大鼠血清中MTL和VIP含量无明显作用;补脾益肠丸小、大剂量可显著降低模型大鼠肠黏膜MTL含量,增高VIP含量,中剂量可显著增高肠黏膜VIP含量。结论:补脾益肠丸能抑制小鼠腹泻,且可对抗母子分离模型大鼠肠黏膜中紊乱的相关递质或激素水平,从而改善腹泻型IBS的症状。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of different dosages of Bupiyichang pill on mouse diarrhea models and rat visceral syndrome (IBS). hypersensitivity models, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bupiyichang pill for irritable bowel Methods ①Antidiarrheal effect of Bupiyichang pill was observed in the diarrhea mouse model caused by castor oil and senna. ②Rat visceral hypersensitivity model with IBS was induced by neonatal maternal separation. The contents of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and motilin(MTL) in rat serum and intestinal mucosa tissues were detected to evaluate the effects of medicine Results ①Diarrhea frequency caused by senna (2 hours later) were significantly reduced in the middle and large dose of Bupiyichang pill group, and diarrhea frequency caused by castor oil at every point(2h, 4h, 6h) was also obviously reduced in the middle and large dose group. ②The contents of MTL and VIP in serum had no variation in all groups. But the MTL level of rat intes inal mucosa was significantly reduced and VIP level was obviously increased after treated by Bupiyichang pill. Conclusion Bupiyichang pill could inhibit the mice diarrhea, regulate the disordered hormones in the intestinal mucosa of visceral hypersensitivity rat model. So Bupiyichang pill could improve the symptoms of IBS-D
