心理护理对胃大部切除手术患者的临床价值分析

目的:探讨分析对胃大部切除手术患者采用心理护理的临床价值。方法:选取我院2011年3月-2013年5月收治的56例胃大部切除手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各28例,对照组患者实施常规护理,治疗组患者在实施常规护理基础上给予心理护理。采用焦虑自我评定量表(SAS)评判患者情绪。结果:治疗后,治疗组的SAS评分为(38.7±3.2),对照组为(52.9±3.7),治疗组明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组患者的护理满意度为(98.1±4.7),对照组为(73.2±4.9),治疗组评分高于对照组患者(P0.05)。结论:对胃大部切除手术患者运用心理护理,能够有效缓解患者焦虑、紧张以及抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度及遵医行为。

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Psychological Care for Patients Undergoing Subtotal Gastrectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of psychological care for patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy. Methods 56 patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2013 were selected for the study. They were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, with 28 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with psychological care on the basic routine care, while the control group was only treated with the routine care. Self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） was used to evaluate patient＇s feeling. Results After treatment, the SAS score of the treatment group （38.7± 3.2） was significantly lower than the SAS score of the control group （52.9 ± 3.7） （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of the treatment group （98.1 ± 4.7） was much higher than that of the control group（ 73.2 ± 4.9） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care used for gastrectomy surgery patients can effectively alleviate the negative emotions, improve patient＇s care satisfaction degree and compliance behavior.
