子宫内膜息肉术后放置曼月乐宫内节育器的疗效观察

目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术后放置曼月乐宫内节育器预防复发、改善症状的效果。方法:选择因月经量多行宫腔镜诊治的子宫内膜息肉患者80例,术后分为曼月乐治疗组和对照组各40例,曼月乐治疗组术后放置曼月乐宫内节育器,观察子宫内膜息肉复发及月经改变情况。结果:80例患者中,曼月乐治疗组术后2年累计复发率分别为0.00%,对照组2年累计复发率为32.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),曼月乐治疗3月后月经量较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉术后应用曼月乐宫内节育器治疗不仅能改善症状而且有助于预防子宫内膜息肉的复发,优于单纯子宫内膜息肉手术切除。

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of Mirena Levonorgestrel _ releasing Intrauterine System on Patient with Endometrial Polyps Afteroperation

ObjectiveTo explore the role of Mirena levonorgestrel _ releasing intrauterine system （ LNG _ IUS ） in preventing the recurrence of uterine endometrial polyps after hysteroscope operation.Methods 80 patients suffering hysteroscope operation due to menorrhagia in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps were divided into LNG _ IUS treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was inserted with LNG _ IUS. The relapse of uterus endometrial polyp and the changes of menstrual were observed. ResultsThe cumulative recurrence rate of 2 years after operation in LNG _ IUS treatment group was 0 % , and that in the control group was 32.5 % , the difference between two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. After treating for 3 months, the menstrual quantity of LNG _ IUS treatment group was signiifcantly reduced compared with the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant（P〈 0.05）. ConclusionLNG _ IUS treatment can not only improve symptoms , but also help preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps. The efifcacy of LNG _ IUS treatment for endometrial polyp after operation is superior to simple surgical resection of endometrial polyps.
