| 摘 要： | 厚朴七物汤一般被认为是厚朴三物汤与桂枝汤的合方,主治里实兼表虚证。细察原方方义,脉浮数不一定主表证,也可能因热在气血,搏结成瘀。方中桂枝的作用类似桃核承气汤中的桂枝,主要功效在于温通经络、通利血脉,助大黄以活血祛瘀,而非解表。故厚朴七物汤主治气滞脾虚兼痰热互结证,而非表里同治。
