消岩汤联合高频热疗对气虚毒瘀型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

目的:观察体外高频热疗联合消岩汤对气虚毒瘀型晚期非小细胞肺癌(ⅢB期、Ⅳ期)患者生活质量的影响。方法:将40例确诊患者随机分为中药治疗组和联合治疗组各20例。中药治疗组予消岩汤口服治疗,联合治疗组予消岩汤口服联合高频热疗治疗。于治疗前1 d评定患者中医证候、ECOG、EORCT QLQ-LC43及FACT-L评分,治疗后第15天再作出评分。结果:两组治疗后在中医证候评分、EORTC QLQ-LC43量表中的躯体领域、总症状、疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛、气促、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘及肺癌特异模块以及FACT-L中的各个模块的评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。两组间治疗后比较,联合治疗组在中医证候评分、EORTC QLQ-LC43量表中的躯体领域、情感领域、疼痛的改善情况以及FACT-L量表中的躯体状况、社会/家庭情况、功能情况、量表总分均较中药治疗组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:体外高频热疗联合消岩汤治疗气虚毒瘀型晚期非小细胞肺癌能改善患者临床症状及生存质量,在躯体、情感、疼痛症状的改善程度方面亦有明显优势。

Effect of Xiaoyan Decoction Combined with Extracorporeal High-frequency Hyperthermia on Life Quality of Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer of Qi Deficiency and Toxin Retention Type

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoyan Decoction combined with extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia on life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of qi deficiency and toxin retention type(stage Ⅲ B,IV).Methods: 40 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of Chinese medicine and the combined treatment group,20 cases in each group.The treatment group of Chinese medicine were given Xiaoyan Decoction,while the combined treatment group Xiaoyan Decoction combined with high-frequency hyperthermia.TCM syndrome,ECOG,EORCT QLQ-LC43 and FACT-L score were evaluated 1 D before the treatment,and they were evaluated again on the fifteenth day after the treatment.Results: The somatosensory areas,general symptoms,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,appetite loss,constipation and the specific modules of lung cancer in TCM syndrome score,EORTC QLQ-LC43 scales and each module in FACT-L score of two groups after the treatment were improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,the somatosensory areas,the affective domain,the improvement of pain in TCM syndrome score,EORTC QLQ-LC43 scales and the body condition,social or family situation,function and the total scores in FACT-L scales of the combined treatment group were improved significantly compared with those of the treatment group of Chinese medicine(P<0.01).Conclusion: Extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia combined with Xiaoyan Decoction can improve TCM symptoms and the life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and it also has obvious advantage in the improvement of physique,emotion,pain.
