中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的的，临床效果。方法：将60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为对照组22例和治疗组38例，对照组采用西医一般治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药治疗，并随证加减。结果：对照组22例，显效11例，有效5例，无效6例，有效率为72．7％，治疗组38例，显效24例，有效11例，无效3例，有效率为92．1％，两组有效率比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗肾功能衰竭疗效显著。

Jinkul Shenqi Pin for the Treatment of 38 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods ：60 patients with chronic renal failure were selected and randomly divided into control group of 22cases and treatment group of 38 cases. The Control group was given western foundation treatment, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of control group, one dose daily, 20 days as a period of treatment. Clinical symptoms improvement before and after treatment, the change of blood BUN, Cr , CCr , Hb were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results： In the control group, 11 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 72.7%. In the treatment group ,24 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 92. 1% . Comparison the efficiency of two groups showed that thedifference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05） . Serum BUN, Cr , and Hb were. all decreased compared with before treatmentf P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can significantly improve renal function, delay the process of deterioration of renal function of renal failure.
