| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丹莪妇康煎膏治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法：将118例痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用丹莪妇康煎膏治疗,对照组用田七痛经胶囊治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组为81.0%,有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后症状积分变化比较显示：治疗组症状改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：丹莪妇康煎膏治疗痛经有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract in treating dysmenorrhea.Methods:118 patients with dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the treated group and control group.The treated group were given Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract,while the control group by Tianqi Tongjing Capsule,and the curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:There was an obvious difference(P<0.05)in the effective rate between the treated group(93.3%)and the control group(81.0%).The comparison between the accumulated symptom points of two groups before and after the treatment showed that the condition improvement of the treated group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract has a good effect in treating dysmenorrhea. |
