| 摘 要： | 肠达顺灌肠液方由大血藤、苦参、败酱草、生地榆、薏苡仁组成，具有清热利湿、化瘀解毒之功，对湿热蕴结型大肠癌，单用本方直肠给药与5－Fu疗效相当，二者交替灌肠联合应用有显著增效作用。

| Abstract: | Chang Da Shun Enema consists of Caulis Sargentodozae, Radix Sophoirae Flavescentis, Herba Patriniae, Radix Sanguisorbae Recens, and Semen Coicis . It has the functions of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, and removing stasis and toxic substances. Rectal perfusion of barely this enema for carcinoma of large intestine of damp heat accumulation type has achieved equal effect with 5 Fu. When used alternately in enema, they have markedly bettered the effect. |
