| 摘 要： | 目的：比较益气健脾法与益气健脾祛痰化瘀法对D-半乳糖(D-gal)所致衰老小鼠自由基的影响。方法：测定D-gal诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠血清、心、肝组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性；心、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐素(LDF)水平，并观察益气健脾及益气健脾祛痰化瘀方药对上述指标的影响。结果：益气健脾及益气健脾祛痰化瘀方药能不同程度地提高D-gal致衰老模型小鼠血清、心、肝组织中T-SOD的活性，降低心、肝组织MDA、LPF含量。结论：抑制脂质过氧化反应，提高抗氧化酶活性可能是益气健脾法及益气健脾祛痰化瘀法延缓衰老的共同作用机制之一，两法对不同组织的作用强度有一定差别。
