降酶丹敷贴神阙穴联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎30例

目的：观察降酶丹敷贴神阙穴联合复方甘草酸苷（美能）治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将6O例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注治疗,治疗组采用降酶丹敷贴神阙穴联合复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果：对照组临床症状改善情况、肝功能改善情况与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：降酶丹敷贴神阙穴联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎可以改善临床症状,促进肝功能复常。

30 Cases of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Combination of Jiang Mei Dan Applying to Shenque Point with Compound Glycyrrhizic Acid

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B treated by combination of Jiang Mei Dan applying to Shenque Point with compound glyeyrrhizic acid. Methods： 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 in eaeh group. The rats in the control group were given injection of compound glyeyrrhizic acid, and the ones in the treatment group were given injection of compound glycyrrhizic acid and applied to Shenque Point with Jiang Mei Dan, with four weeks as a treatment course in both groups. Results： There were significant differences in clinical syndrome improvement and liver function improvement between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of Jiang Mei Dan applying to Shenque Point with compound glycyrrhizic acid to treat chronic hepatitis B can improve clinical symptoms, and promote liver function recovery.
