三焦针法治疗膝骨性关节炎46例

目的：观察三焦针法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将94例膝骨性关节患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规针灸疗法进行治疗,根据压痛点、循痛点进行取穴,治疗组对患侧膝关节进行治疗,主穴包括：中脘、气海和双侧血海、膻中、足三里、外关,配合患侧膝关节局部穴位：内膝眼、犊鼻、梁丘、鹤顶、阳陵泉、阴陵泉。每天针灸一次,每次30 min,10次为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组,且复发率低于对照组,满意度评分高于常规对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论：三焦针法治疗膝骨性关节炎可有效提高患者的治愈率,减少复发情况,从而降低患者的致残机率,提高患者的生存质量。

46 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Acupuncture Therapy on Triple Energizer

Objective： To observe the clinical effects on knee osteoarthritis treated by acupuncture therapy on triple energizer. Methods： 94 cases of patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the routine- control group and the triple- energizer -acupuncture group. The patients in the routine -control group were given routine acupuncture treatment according to pressure pain point and point selection along pain point. While the lateral knee joints of the patients in the triple - energizer - acupuncture group were given acupuncture therapy. The main points included Zhongwan, Qihai, bilateral Xuehai, Tanzhong, Zusanli and Waiguan. The adjuvant local points included Neixiyan, Dubi, Liangqiu, Heding, Yanglingquan, and Yinlingquan. The acupuncture was done one time a day, 30 minutes each day, and 10 times as a treatment course, one acupuncture treatment every 3 - 5 days. The patients in both groups received three treatment courses. Results ： The curing rate of the triple - energizer - acu- puncture group was greatly higher than that of the routine - control group; And its recurrence phenomenon was lower than that of the routine - control group ; And its satisfaction degree score was higher than that of the routine - control group （ All P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture therapy on triple energizer in treating knee osteoarthritis can improve patients＇ curing rate and reduce its recurrence phenomenon, which reduces patients＇ disabling rate and improve their survival quality.
