慢性肺原性心脏病中医辨证治疗概要

慢性肺原性心脏病多由肺脏疾患迁延失治,痰瘀稽留,正虚卫外不固,外邪反复侵袭,诱使本病反复发作。本病的证候要素以痰、阳虚、气虚、火（热）、水饮、瘀血为主,病位以肺、肾、心为主。证候大致为虚证类（心肺气虚证、肺肾气虚证、心肾阳虚证）、实证类（外寒内饮证、痰热壅肺证、痰湿壅肺证、兼血瘀证）、危重变证类（痰浊闭窍证、正虚喘脱）三证类九证候。治疗急则以清热、涤痰、活血、化饮利水、宣肺降气、开窍立法而兼固正气,缓则以补肺、养心、益肾为主并根据气虚、阳虚之偏而分别益气、温阳,兼祛痰活血。
