萎胃舒颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎130例

目的:观察萎胃舒颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年1月—2015年12月诊治的CAG患者260例,所有病例均经过电子胃镜及胃黏膜活检病理确诊,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组130例。治疗组给予萎胃舒颗粒治疗,对照组给予胃复春片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.15%,对照组有效率15.38%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组治疗后胃黏膜炎萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生改善情况优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组治疗后HP转阴率优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组各证型疗效均优于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:萎胃舒颗粒治疗CAG疗效显著。

One Hundred and Thirty Cases with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Weiweishu Granules

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Weiweishu Granules on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods:Totally 260 patients with CAG treated in this hospital between January 2012 and December 2015 diagnosed by electronic gastroscope and gastric mucosa biopsy were randomized into control group and treatment group,130 cases in each group.Treatment group were given Weiweishu Granules while control group were given Weifuchun Tablets.Results:The effective rate was 96.15％ in treatment group and 15.38％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜0.01).The improvements of gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.01).The HP negative conversion ratio in treatment group were superior to that in control group(P ＜ 0.01).The effective rates of various syndromes in treatment group were better than those in control group(P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).Conclusion:Weiweishu Granules have significant effects on CAG.
