泻法针刺中髎、下髎配合电针治疗盆底痉挛综合征30例

目的:观察泻法针刺中髎、下髎配合电针治疗盆底痉挛综合征所致便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年6月本院肛肠科门诊治疗的盆底痉挛综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予泻法针刺中髎、下髎配合电针治疗,对照组给予平补平泻法针刺中髎、下髎配合电针治疗,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗后症状积分优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率86.67%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后肛管最大收缩压、肛管功能长度、初始便意感容积、直肠肛管压力差明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:泻法针刺中髎、下髎配合电针治疗盆底痉挛综合征疗效确切。

Thirty Cases of Spastic Pelvic Floor Syndrome Treated with Acupuncture on Zhongliao and Xialiao for Purgation in Combination with Electro-acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on Zhongliao(BL 33) and Xialiao(BL 34) for purgation in combination with electro-acupuncture on constipation due to spastic pelvic floor syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with spastic pelvic floor syndrome who were treated in our hospital's anorectal clinic between January 2014 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were given acupuncture on Zhongliao(BL 33) and Xialiao(BL 34) for purgation in combination with electro-acupuncture,while the ones in the control group were given acupuncture on Zhongliao(BL 33) and Xialiao(BL 34) with mild reinforcing-reducing method in combination with electro-acupuncture,once a day,10 times for one course,and 3 courses together.Results:After the treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 ％,while that of the control group was 86.67％,and there was no statistically significant difference(P ＞0.05).Mter the treatment,anal maximal systolic blood pressure,anal function length,initial defecation volume,anorectal pressure difference of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on Zhongliao(BL 33) and Xialiao(BL 34) for purgation in combination with electro-acupuncture has a remarkable clinical curative effect spastic pelvic floor syndrome.
