针刺促醒对不同年龄脑出血意识障碍患者NIHSS评分、BI指数、GCS评分的影响

目的:以NIHSS,BI,GCS评分为评定标准,观察醒脑开窍针刺法对中青年组、老年组两组脑出血意识障碍患者的促醒作用。方法:选择2014年9月—2015年12月天津中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科收治的脑出血恢复期意识障碍患者53例,中青年(60岁)组27例,老年(≥60岁)组26例,治疗均按脑出血常规药物治疗联合醒脑开窍针刺治疗,治疗前均用NIHSS评分、BI指数、GCS评分三个量表进行评定,两组患者治疗2个月后分别再次进行以上3个量表评分,并分别对两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分、BI指数、GCS评分进行比较。结果:治疗前中青年组NIHSS评分、BI指数、GCS评分与老年组比较均无统计学意义,治疗2个月后中青年组NNIHSS评分、BI指数、GCS评分与老年组比较有统计学意义。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法可以改善脑出血意识障碍患者NIHSS、BI、GCS评分,中青年患者意识障碍恢复情况较老年患者佳。

Influence of Consciousness-Promoted Acupuncture on the NIHSS score,BI index and GCS score Among Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhagic Awareness Disorder

Objective:To observe the consciousness-promoting function of consciousness-restoring acupuncture on the middle aged and senile patients with cerebral hemorrhagic awareness disorder by taking the NIHSS score,BI index and GCS score as evaluation criteria.Methods:Totally 53 patients with cerebral hemorrhagic awareness disorder treated in the Acupuncture Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2014 and December 2015 were divided into middle-aged group (＜ 60 years old) (27 cases)and senile group (≥ 60 years old) (26 cases).All patients were treated with conventional drugs for cerebral hemorrhage and consciousness-restoring acupuncture.Before treatment,evaluation was made with three scales of NIHSS score,BI index and GCS score.After 2 months of treatment,both groups were evaluated again with same scales and the NIHSS scores,BI indexes and GCS scores before and after treatment in both groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,compared with senile group,the NIHSS score,BI index and GCS score in middle-aged group had no statistical significance,but after 2 months of treatment,these had statistical significance.Conclusion:Consciousness-restoring acupuncture can improve the NIHSS score,BI index and GCS score of patients with cerebral hemorrhagic awareness disorder,more effective on middle-aged patients than senile patients.
