浮针联合脊痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

目的:观察浮针联合脊痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年1月在广东省佛山市中医院风湿科门诊及住院治疗的AS患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予浮针联合脊痹丸治疗。结果:对照组有效率67.50%,观察组有效率95.00%,观察组优于对照组(P0.01);观察组治疗后VAS评分、BASFI优于对照组(P0.01);观察组治疗后晨僵时间、扩胸度、改良Schober、枕墙距优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:浮针联合脊痹丸治疗AS疗效显著,能明显减轻患者疼痛,改善活动功能。

The Clinical Observation of Floating Needling Therapy in Combination with Spinal Paralysis Pill in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of floating needling therapy in combination with Spinal Paralysis Pill on ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods:Eighty patients with AS who were treated in our hospital's Outpatient Department of Rheumatism and Inpatient department between Jan.2013 and Jan.2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added floating needling therapy in combination with Spinal Paralysis Pill based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 67.50％,while that of the observation group was 95％,the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.01).After the treatment,the observation group's VAS score,BASFI were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Its time of morning stiffness,chest expansion,improved Schober,pillow-distance away from the wall were also better than those of control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Floating needling therapy in combination with Spinal Paralysis Pill has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ankylosing spondylitis,can obviously relieve pain and improve the activity functions of the patients.
