通腑泄热汤治疗脑梗死痰热腑实证40例

目的:观察通腑泄热汤治疗脑梗死痰热腑实证的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2015年5月本院收治的脑梗死痰热腑实证患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用通腑泄热汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时对两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损、Barthel指数(BI)及Rankin量表(MRS)进行评分。结果:对照组有效率为62.50%,研究组有效率为92.50%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分、MRS评分较治疗前显著较低,BI评分显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分显著较低对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组患者BI、MRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:通腑泄热汤治疗脑梗死痰热腑实证疗效显著,能够促进患者神经功能缺损状况的有效改善。

Forty Cases of Cerebral Infarction of Phlegm Heat and Visceral Excess Syndrome Treated with Tongfu Xiere Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongfu Xiere Decoction(TFXRD) on cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome who were treated in our hospital between May of 2012 and May of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the research group were added TFXRD based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinieal curative effects of the two groups were observed.At the same time,the two groups' neurological deficit,Barthel index (BI) and Rankin scale (MRS) score before and after treatment were scored.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 62.50％,while that of the research group was 92.50％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After the treatment.the two groups' neurological deficit scores and MRS scores were significantly lower than those before the treatment,the BI scores were significantly higher than those before the treatment,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the research group's neurological deficit score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05),but in terms of BI and MRS scores,the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05 ）.Conclusion:TFXRD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome,can effectively improve the patients' neurological deficit condition.
