柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和型Hp阳性胃溃疡38例

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和型幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取肝胃不和型Hp阳性胃溃疡患者76例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,观察两组患者中医症候疗效、溃疡愈合疗效及Hp清除情况。结果:研究组患者中医证候有效率为92.1%,对照组中医证候有效率为78.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组溃疡愈合率为97.3%,对照组溃疡愈合率为76.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组患者Hp清除率为86.7%,对照组患者Hp清除率为65.8%,研究组Hp清除率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和型Hp阳性胃溃疡临床疗效确切,提高溃疡愈合率。

Thirty-Eight Cases of Hp Positive Gastric Ulcer with Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome Treated with Modified Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder on helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive gastric ulcer with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.Methods:Seventy-six patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The ones in the control group took omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin fortreatment,while the ones in the research group were treated with Modified Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder.Then the two groups' TCM clinical curative effects,ulcer healing efficiencies and Hp removal were observed.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the research group was 92.1％.while that of the control group was 78.9％,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The ulcer healing rate of the research group was 97.3 ％,while that of the control group was 76.3 ％;The research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the research group was 86.7％,while that of the control group was 65.8％;The research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder has a remarkable clinical curative effect on helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive gastric ulcer with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome,can improve the ulcer healing rate.
