耳穴埋豆联合KEGEL运动治疗缺血性中风患者急性期虚秘40例

目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合KEGEL运动疗法治疗缺血性中风患者急性期虚秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年11月—2015年10月在上海市某三级甲等中西医结合医院神经康复科或神经内科住院患者120例,随机分为对照A组、对照B组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照A组采用常规口服大黄碳酸氢钠片,对照B组采用耳穴埋豆治疗,治疗组在对照B组的基础上联合KEGEL运动治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗1个疗程结束后、治疗2个疗程结束后采用便秘症状积分评定量表及神经功能缺损积分评定量表进行评定。结果:三组患者治疗前便秘症状评分及神经功能缺损积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗1个疗程结束后,三组患者之间便秘症状评分及神经功能缺损积分均较治疗前降低,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗2个疗程结束后,治疗组及对照B组较对照A组便秘症状评分及神经功能缺损积分均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组便秘症状评分及神经功能缺损积分均低于对照B组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合KEGEL运动治疗对中风后虚秘患者具有很好的疗效,能显著改善患者的临床症状。

Forty Cases of Constipation of Deficiency Type in Acute Stage of Ischemic Stroke Treated with Auricular Points Bean-Embedding Therapy in Combination with KEGEL Exercise

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular points bean-embedding therapy in combination with KEGEL exercise on constipation of deficiency type in acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who were treated in Department of Neurological Rehabilitation or Neurology of a three-level first-class hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Shanghai City between November 2013 and October 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group A,the control group B and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group A was treated with rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets orally,while the control group B was treated with auricular points bean-embedding therapy.The treatment group was treated with KEGEL exercise on the basis of the control group B.Before the treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment,the constipation symptom score scale and the nerve function defect integral scale were used to assess the symptoms respectively.Results:There was no significant difference between the three groups in the scores of constipation symptoms and neurologic impairment before the treatment(P ＞0.05).After one course of treatment,the scores of constipation symptoms and neurological impairment in the three groups were lower than those before the treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).At the end of the 2 courses of treatment,compared with the control group A,constipation symptom scores and neurologic impairment scores of the treatment group and the control group B were lower,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);Constipation symptom score and neurologic impairment score of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group B,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points bean-embedding therapy in combination with KEGEL exercise has a remarkable clinical curative effect on constipation of deficiency type in acute stage of ischemic stroke,can improve the patients' clinical symptoms.
