止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床研究

目的:观察止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(Vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年8月—2015年8月本院收治的70例妊娠合并VVC患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合止痒洗剂。观察两组患者临床症状体征改善情况、临床疗效及复发情况。结果:研究组外阴瘙痒、外阴红肿、阴道充血改善率分别为97.1%、85.7%、82.9%,对照组分别为88.6%、71.4%、74.3%,两组患者临床症状体征改善情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组有效率为88.6%,对照组有效率为60.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组复发率为2.9%,对照组复发率为14.3%,两组患者复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:止痒洗剂联合妇炎消生物敷料栓能够有效改善妊娠合并VVC患者的临床症状,降低复发率。

The Clinical Research into Vulvovaginal Candidiasis in Pregnancy Treated with Antipruritic Lotion in Combination with Fuyanxiao Biological Materials Suppository

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of antipruritic lotion in combination with Fuyanxiao Biological Materials Suppository (FYXBMS) on vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy.Methods:Seventy patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with FYXBMS,while the ones in the research group were added antipruritic lotion based on the treatment of the control group.Then the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results:The research group's vulva pruritus,vulva swelling,vaginal congestion improvement rate were 97.1％,85.7％,and 82.9％ respectively,while those of the control group were 88.6％,71.4％,and 74.3％ respectively.The differences in the two groups' improvement of clinical symptoms and signs were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The effective rate of the research group was 88.6％,while that of the control group was 60％,and the difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence rate of the research group was 2.9％,while that of the control group was14.3％,and the difference between them was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Antipruritic lotion in combination with FYXBMS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy,and reduce the recurrence rate.
