柴平汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

目的:观察柴平汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2014年12月—2016年2月本院治疗的慢性浅表性胃炎患者114例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组患者给予质子泵抑制剂及胃黏膜保护剂常规治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予柴平汤加减治疗。治疗3个月后观察两组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效及并发症。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分比较,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);对照组有效率为80.7%,观察组有效率为96.5%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);对照组并发症发生率为15.8%,观察组并发症发生率为3.5%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:柴平汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著,并发症发生率低。

Observation of the Clinical Effects and Safety Analysis of Modified Chaiping Decoction for the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and safety analysis of f Modified Chaiping Decoction for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:Totally 114 patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in this hospital between December 2014 and February 2016 were randomized into control group and observation group,57 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment of proton pump inhibitor and gastric mucosa protective agents while observation group were added with Modified Chaiping Decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the TCM symptom scores,clinical effects and complications in both groups were observed.Results:The TCM symptom scores in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 80.7％ in control group and 96.5％ in observation group;observation group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.05).The occurrence rate of complications was 15.8％ in control group and 3.5％ in observation group;observation group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chaiping Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on chronic superficial gastritis and the occurrence rate of complications is low.
