通络法临床应用综述

通络法治疗疾病常用的药物主要为活血类药物、益气类药物、辛味药物、藤类药物和虫类药物。近年来,络脉理论深受学术界的重视,许多久病、痛病运用各种通络法,取得了较好的临床治疗效果。络病的治疗均以"通络"为治疗大法,通络法总体可分为祛邪通络法如化瘀通络法、祛痰通络法、祛风通络法、祛寒通络法、祛湿通络法、理气通络法、清热通络法、解毒通络法与扶正通络法如益气通络法、养血通络法、滋阴通络法、温阳通络法两大类12种。尽管越来越多的医家重视通络法的临床应用,然而对通络法的理论及临床应用方面还缺乏更全面、系统的研究,希望通络法的理论研究和临床应用随着中医药事业的发展而更加完善。

Review on Clinical Application of Collateral-Dredging Method

The commonly used drugs in collateral-dredging method mainly include:blood-activating drugs,qi-benefiting drugs,pungent drugs,vine drugs and insects drugs.In recent years,collateral theory is greatly valued in the academic field.Many chronic disease and pain disease are treated by dredging the collaterals,and it achieves good therapeutic effects.For collateral diseases,the major therapeutic method is to "dredge the collaterals".Generally,collateral-dredging method can be divided into collateraldredging method by eliminating the pathogens and collateral-dredging by reinforcing healthy qi.The former includes collateraldredging by resolving blood stasis,collateral-dredging by eliminating phlegm,collateral-dredging by expelling wind,collateraldredging by dispelling cold,collateral-dredging by removing dampness,collateral-dredging by regulating qi,collateral-dredging by clearing heat,collateral-dredging by detoxification.The latter includes:Collateral-dredging by benefiting qi,collateral-dredging by nourishing blood,collateral-dredging by nourishing yin and collateral-dredging by warming yang.Even though more and more physicians attach inportance the clinical application of collateral-dredging method,the theory of collateral-dredging method and the clinical application lack more comprehensive and systematic researches.It is hoped that the theoretical research and the clinical application become more perfect along with the development of the enterprise of Chinese medicine.
