中医外治法治疗糖尿病失眠研究进展

目前,中医外治法虽然在失眠的有着广泛的应用,但在糖尿病失眠中的应用则较为局限,仅仅是局限于运用耳穴贴压和中药沐足及足底按摩等方法,对于艾灸、刮痧、拔罐等更多形式的外治疗法在糖尿病失眠的治疗中的应用却鲜有报道。其次诸多研究评价指标多为量表类主观指标,样本量偏小,今后可尝试采用如多导睡眠图检测、神经递质如5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素等客观指标的检测,进行大样本多中心长期严格的临床随机对照研究以增加研究可信度。

Research Progress of Diabetic Insomnia Treated with External Therapy of Chinese Medicine

At present,even though the external therapy of Chinese medicine has broad application in the treatment of insomnia,the application to diabetic insomnia is only limited to the methods of auricular points plastering,foot bath with Chinese medicine and foot massage.There are only a few reports on the external therapies of moxibustion,scrapping and cupping in the treatment of diabetic insomnia.Besides,many research evaluation indicators are subjective and the sample sizes are small.In future researches,objective indicators of polysomnography,neurotransmitters like 5-HT,norepinephrine can be detected and large-sample,multi-centre,long-term and strict clinical random control research can enhance the credibility of the research.
