朱氏盆炎汤治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效观察

目的:观察朱氏盆炎汤治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年12月就诊于本院门诊的湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者112例,随机分成治疗组60例和对照组52例。治疗组给予朱氏盆炎汤颗粒剂治疗,对照组给予妇科千金胶囊治疗。结果:两组证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率98.3%,对照组有效率57.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组体征疗效比较,治疗组有效率71.7%,对照组有效率40.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后体征评分、证候评分优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:朱氏盆炎汤治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症具有显著疗效。

Observation of Efficiency of Zhu Penyan Decoction in the Treatment of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Stagnant Damp-Heat type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhu Penyan Decoction(ZPYD) on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant damp-heat type.Methods:One hundred and twelve patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant damp-heat type who were treated in our hospital's outpatient department between Jan.2013 and Dec.2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 and 52 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the treatment group received Penyan Decoction Zhu granules for treatment,while the ones in the control group were given Fukeqianjin capsules (FKFJC).Results:In terms of the efficacy of syndromes of the two groups,the effective rate of treatment group was 98.3％,while that of the control group was 57.7％,the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In terms of the efficacy of the two groups' symptoms,the effective rate of treatment group was 71.7％,while that of the control group was 40.4％,the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the treatment group's syndrome and symptoms scores were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);Its serum TNF-level (P ＜ 0.05) was also better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:ZPYD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant damp-heat type.
