补肾活血汤联合针灸治疗老年痴呆临床研究

目的:观察补肾活血汤联合针灸治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将2014年1月—2015年4月收治的56例老年痴呆患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组26例。对照组给予多奈哌齐与尼莫地平联合用药,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补肾活血汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后痴呆病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分、精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分、日常生活活动评分(ADI)、激越行为量表(CMAI)评分、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为53.9%,治疗组有效率为83.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后BEHAVE-AD、MMSE、ADI、CMAI、PSP、SF-36评分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为38.5%,治疗组不良反应发生率为10.0%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:补肾活血法联合针灸治疗老年痴呆临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状。

The Clinical Observation of Senile Dementia Treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in Combination with Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction(BSHXD) in combination with acupuncture on senile dementia.Methods:Fifty-six patients with senile dementia who were treated in our hospital between Jan.of 2014 and April of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 and 26 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given donepezil and nimodipine together,while the ones in the treatment group were added BSHXD in combination with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.The changes of their BEHAVE-AD score,MMSE score,ADI score,CMAI score,PSP score,and SF-36 score were observed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 53.9％,while that of the treatment group was 83.3％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).BEHAVE-AD,MMSE,ADI,CMAI,PSP,SF-36 scores of the two groups after the treatment were better than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 38.5％,while that of the treatment group was 10％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:BSHXD in combination with acupuncture has a remarkable clinical curative effect on senile dementia,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
