医用臭氧联合中药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎50例

目的:观察医用臭氧联合中药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:选取2013年8月—2014年6月在玉林市中医院肝病科住院治疗的慢性乙肝患者113例,在本研究中共排除病例13例,合并酒精肝7例,肝硬化失代偿期6例。将100例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,治疗组给予医用臭氧联合中药治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后、随访24周后ALT、HBV-DNA水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:医用臭氧联合中药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效显著。

Fifty Cases with Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Medical Ozone Combined with Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of medical ozone eomhined with Chinese medicine on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Totally 113 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in this hospital between August 2013 and June 2014 were selected.Thirteen cases were excluded in this research and seven cases with alcoholic hepatitis and six cases with decompensated liver cirrhosis were added.Then the totally 100 cases were randomized into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.Control group were given simple western medicine treatment while treatment group were given medical ozone combined with Chinese medicine.Results:The differences of the symptom scores between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The clinical effects of treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and HBV-DNA after 24 weeks of follow-up in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Medical ozone combined with Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects on chronic hepatitis B.
