醒脑开窍汤联合中医护理对脑梗死恢复期患者神经损伤的影响

目的:观察醒脑开窍汤联合中医护理对脑梗死恢复期患者神经损伤的影响。方法:选取2012年2月-2014年12月本院治疗的脑梗死恢复期患者98例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组49例。两组患者入院后均给予抗血小板聚集、降颅内压、维持电解质平衡等常规治疗,对照组另给予吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液治疗,治疗组另给予醒脑开窍汤联合中医护理措施治疗。结果:治疗组有效率91.8%,对照组有效率71.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后肢体麻木、神疲眩晕、言语障碍改善情况优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:醒脑通窍汤联合中医护理能改善脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能缺损及临床症状。

The Influence of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction in Combination with TCM Nursing on Nerve Injury of Patients with Cerebral Infarction at Recovery Stage

Objective:To observe the influence of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction (XNKQD)in combination with TCM nursing on nerve injury of patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with nerve injury of patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage who were treated in our hospital between Feb.2012 and Otc.2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 49 cases in each group.All the patients in the two groups were treated with conventional therapy including anti platelet aggregation,lowering intracranial pressure,maintaining electrolyte balance,etc.Then the ones in the control group were added Piracetam and Sodium Chloride Injection for treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were given additional treatment of XNKQD in combination with TCM nursing.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.8％,while that of the control group was 71.4％,the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,limb numbness,dizziness,lassitude,speech disorders of the treatment group improvement were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,blood rheology index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:XNKQD in combination with TCM nursing can improve nerve injury of patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage,and their clinical symptoms.
