针灸联合穴位按摩改善脑卒中患者认知能力及神经功能的临床研究

目的:观察针灸联合穴位按摩对脑卒中患者认知能力及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2011年7月—2013年7月本院脑卒中患者122例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各61例,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针灸联合穴位按摩治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后认知功能和神经功能变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率为29.51%,有效率为85.24%,观察组治愈率为42.62%,有效率为93.44%,观察组治愈率和有效率显著优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月认知功能评分较治疗前显著升高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P0.05),观察组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月认知功能评分显著优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月神经功能评分较治疗前显著下降,治疗前后比较差异显著(P0.05),观察组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月神经功能评分显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针灸联合穴位按摩能改善脑卒中患者认知能力及神经功能。

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Combined with Acupressure for the Improvement of Cognitive Competence and Neurological Function of Patients with Cerebral Stroke

Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with acupressure on cognitive competence and neurological function of patients with cerebral stroke.Methods:Totally 122 patients with cerebral stroke treated in this hospital between July 2011 and July 2015 were randomized into control group and observation group,61 cases in each group.Control group were given western medicine for the treatment while observation group were added with acupuncture combined with acupressure.The cognitive competence and neurological function in both groups were observed.Results:The curative rate was 29.51％ and effective rate was 85.24 in control group;The curative rate was 42.62％ and effective rate was 93.44 in observation group,markedly superior to the curative rate (29.51％) and effective rate (85.24) in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After one month,3 mouths and 6 months of treatment,the curative rate and effective rate in both groups greatly increased,the difference was significant (P ＜0.05).The scores of cognitive function in observation group after one month,3 months and 6 months significantly declined in both groups,and the scores in treatment were remarkably superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with acupressure can improve the cognitive competence aud neurological function of patients with cerebral stroke.
