辨证论治干燥综合征54例

目的:观察中医辨证论治干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将54例干燥综合征患者辨证分型为肝肾阴虚型、脾胃气虚型、湿热阻遏型、寒湿痹阻型。肝肾阴虚型方用六味地黄丸合缩泉饮;脾胃气虚型方用参苓白术丸合桃红四物汤;气阴两虚型方用八珍汤合养阴清肺汤;湿热阻遏型方用桃红四物汤合葛根芩连汤;寒湿痹阻型方用大秦艽汤合四物汤化裁。结果:54例中痊愈7例,显效32例,有效14例,无效1例,有效率为98.15%。结论:辨证论治干燥综合征疗效显著。

Fifty-Four Cases of Sicca Syndrome Treated Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation on sicca syndrome (SS).Methods:Fifty-four patients with SS were divided into the following types:liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleenstomach qi deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat obstruction syndrome,and cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.For liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Stream-Reducing Beverage were used together;For spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome,Ginseng and Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Pills,and Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction were used together:For Qi-Yin deficiency,Eight Gem Decoction,and Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction were used together;For dampness-heat obstruction syndrome.Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction,ueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction were used together;For cold-dampness obstruction syndrome,Large Gentian Decoction,and Modified Four Substances Decoction were used together.Results:Among 54 cases,7 cases were cured;32 were markedly effective;14 were effective;1 was ineffective;And the effective rate was 100％.Conclusion:Treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on SS.
