温中法在《金匮要略》中的运用

《金匮要略》温中法应用于虚寒证,可分为温中涩肠法、温中止呕法、温中止血法和温中补虚法4法;而应用于实寒证,可分为温中化饮法、温中止痛法、温中通便法3法。《金匮要略》指出:"五脏病各有所得者愈"。因此,温中法的运用,应遵循脾胃的生理特性,根据其虚实、"所得"予以遣方用药,促使疾病痊愈。此外,《金匮要略》在心、肝、肺、肾诸脏寒证的治疗中,均与温中法相联系,突出了后天脾胃在疾病证治中的重要性,体现了张仲景"调中州,安五脏"的学术思想。
