Effect of Forsythiaside on the Flow and Main Component of Rat Bile

Objective：To observe effect of different doses of forsythiaside on the flow and main component of rat bile.Methods：50 rats were divided into 5 groups：normal saline group,dehydroepiandrosterone acid tablet group,low-dose forsythiaside group,middle-dose forsythiaside group,forsythiaside high-dose group.The methods of biliary drainage was used to observe the effect of different doses of forsythiaside on the bile flow of normal anesthetized rats and determine the main ingredient of the bile in different groups.Results：The bile secretion in each group has a significant increase and the difference was significant（P0.01）;and with the dose increase,the intensity and duration strengthened gradually;the content of bilirubin,cholesterol and bile acid of each group had no significant difference compared with the saline group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Forsythiaside can significantly increase the bile flow of anesthetized rats,which showed an obvious dose-effect relationship,with no significant effect on bile component.
