Summary of You Zaijing' s Academic Thought

You Zaijing,the famous physician in the Qing Dynasty,researched Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases from the clinical reality.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,he integrated eight therapeutic methods into Zhang Zhongjing’s system of syndrome differentiation and treatment by six meridians,and he explained the essence of six meridian theory in combination with the theories of zang-fu organs,meridians and collaterals,qi-transformation,thus creating the theory of six meridians susceptible to cold pathogens.
