疏肝安胃汤联合新十针治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

目的:观察疏肝安胃汤联合新十针治疗功能性消化不良(functionaldyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效及对患者胃肠激素、胃肠动力的影响。方法:将96例FD患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予疏肝安胃汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用新十针疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平胃动素(motilin,MTL)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)、胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)]和胃肠动力指标变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的72.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MTL、SS水平高于本组治疗前,GAS、CCK水平低于本组治疗前;治疗后观察组MTL、SS水平高于对照组,GAS、CCK水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后胃肠动力指标高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝安胃汤联合新十针治疗FD,可改善患者临床症状、胃肠激素水平和胃肠动力。

Clinical Study on Liver-Dispersing and Stomach-Calming Decoction Combined with New Ten-Needle Acupuncture in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liver-Dispersing and Stomach-Calming Decoction combined with New Ten-Needle acupuncture on functional dyspepsia(FD)and their influence on gastrointestinal hormone and gastrointestinal motility.Methods:A total of 96 patients with FD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Liver-Dispersing and Stomach-Calming Decoction,while the observation group was treated with New Ten-Needle acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome score,gastrointestinal hormone levelsincluding motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),cholecystokinin(CCK)]and gastrointestinal motility indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 72.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL and SS in the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment,while the levels of GAS and CCK were lower than those of the same group before treatment;After treatment,the levels of MTL and SS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of GAS and CCK were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal motility indexes of the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Dispersing and Stomach-Calming Decoction combined with New Ten-Needle acupuncture in the treatment of FD can improve the clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal hormone levels and gastrointestinal motility.
