铺棉灸和伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床研究

目的:观察铺棉灸和伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月—2014年3月本院收治的带状疱疹患者232例作为本次研究的对象,随机分为铺棉灸组和伐昔洛韦组,每组116例,分别给予铺棉灸辅助针刺治疗和伐昔洛韦治疗,观察并比较两种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果:铺棉灸组有效率93.10%,伐昔洛韦组有效率92.24%,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);铺棉灸组止疱时间与伐昔洛韦组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.148,P=0.2520.05);铺棉灸组结痂时间和脱痂时间优于伐昔洛韦组(t=4.803,2.499,P均0.05);铺棉灸组疼痛缓解时间与伐昔洛韦组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.881,P=0.3800.05),而疼痛持续时间显著低于伐昔洛韦组(t=6.726,P0.01);治疗后第1个月和第2个月铺棉灸组后遗神经痛的发生情况显著少于伐昔洛韦组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.766,12.956,P均0.01)。结论:铺棉灸疗法和伐昔洛韦疗法均能有效治疗带状疱疹,缓解患者的临床症状,但是铺棉灸疗法疗效更佳。

The Clinical Research into Herpes Zoster Treated with Cotton-Covered Moxibustion in Combination with Valaciclovir

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of cotton-covered moxibustion in combination with valaciclovir on herpes zoster.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-two patients with herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital between March of 2012 and March of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the cotton-covered moxibustion group and the valaciclovir group,with 116 cases in each group.The ones in the two groups were treated with cotton-covered moxibustion in combination with acupuncture,and valaciclovir respectively.Then the two therapies' clinical curative effects on herpes zoster were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of the cotton-covered moxibustion group was 93.10％,while that of the valaciclovir group was 92.10％;And the difference between them had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).In terms of removing herpes zoster times,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (t =1.148,P =0.252 ＞ 0.05).Scab and Slough times of the cotton-covered moxibustion group were better than those of the valaciclovir group (t =4.803,2.499,all P ＜0.05);In terms of pain-relieving time,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(t =0.881,P =0.380 ＞ 0.05),while the pain duration of the cotton-covered moxibustion group was better than that of the valaciclovir group(t =6.726,P ＜ 0.01).One month and two months later after the treatment,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of cotton-covered moxibustion group was fewer than that of the valaciclovir group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (x2 =27.766,12.956,all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Both cotton-covered moxibustion and valaciclovir have a remarkable clinical curative effect on herpes zoster,can relieve the patients' clinical symptoms,but cotton-covered moxibustion has better effect.
