| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医护理妇产科术后腹胀的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年4月—2014年4月收治的妇产科术后腹胀患者90例,随机分为对照组和研究组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组则在对照组护理的基础上行中医护理干预,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医护理妇产科术后腹胀可以提高患者满意度。

Forty-Five Cases with Gynecological Postoperative Abdominal Distention Treated with TCM Nursing |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of TCM nursing on gynecological postoperative abdominal distention.Methods:Totally 90 patients with gynecological postoperative abdominal distention hospitalized between April,2013 and April,2014 were randomized into control group and research group,with 45 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional nursing while research group were additionally given TCM nursing intervention.The clinical effects in both groups were compared.Results:The degree of satisfaction in research group was obviously higher than that in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with gynecological postoperative abdominal distention. |
