复方鲜竹沥液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病32例

目的:观察复方鲜竹沥液辅助治疗急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效及其对外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:选取2014年6月—2015年12月本院呼吸科治疗的急性发作期COPD痰热郁肺证患者64例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予控制性氧疗、抗感染、舒张支气管、祛痰等常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用复方鲜竹沥液治疗。结果:对照组有效率84.375%,研究组有效率100.000%,研究组优于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后证候积分优于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后Pa O2、Pa CO2、TNF-α水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:复方鲜竹沥液治疗急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著,可降低外周血TNF-α浓度。

Thirty-Two Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated with Compound Fresh Bamboo Juice

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound fresh bamboo juice as adjuvant therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its influence on TNF-α of Peripheral blood.Methods:Sixty-four patients with COPD with syndrome stagnated lung due to phlegmatic heat during acute stage were treated in the pulmonary department of our hospital between June of 2014 and Dec.of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment such as controlling.oxygen therapy and anti-infection,diastole bronchus,removing phlegm,while the ones in the treatment group were added compound fresh bamboo liquid based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 84.375％,while that of the research group was 100.000％;And the research group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the syndrome score of the research group was superior to that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,PaO2,PaCO2,TNF-α levels of the research group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compound fresh bamboo juice has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute stage and can reduce TNF-α concentration of Peripheral blood.
