刘永业临床应用四君子汤经验

刘老师在治疗疾病过程中强调重视脾胃,脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,"内伤脾胃,百病由生",临床常用"四君子汤"补后天之本。若疾病较重者,与他方相合,攻补兼施,祛邪同时不忘顾护脾胃;若疾病较轻者,用四君子稍作加减,从脾胃论治,脾胃和则阴阳自调,正气充足,抗邪外达,疾病自愈。又疾病虽同,其症有别;其症相似,病机各异;人的体质又是千差万别,故中医治病要严格遵循"整体观念"和"辨证论治"的原则,谨守病机,热者寒之,寒者热之,实者泻之,虚者补之。

Liu Yongye's Experience in Clinical Application of Sijunzi Decoction

During the treatment of disease,teacher Liu values the spleen and the stomach.The spleen and stomach is the root of the acquired constitution and the source of qi and blood.Internal impairment of the spleen and stomach will result in various diseases.Clinically,Sijunzi Decoction is commonly used to reinforce the root ot the acquired constitution.For severe cases,he combines other formulas to conduct tonification and purgation simultaneously in order to protect the spleen and stomach except for eliminating the pathogenic factors.For mild cases,slight modification of Sijunzi Decoction is applied and the treatment starts from the spleen and stomach.Harmonized spleen and stomach ensures auto-regulation of yin and yang.Sufficient healthy qi resists the pathogenic factors and thus the disease is cured by itself.Since the same disease may involve different symptoms,the same symptom may involve different pathogenesis,and different people involve varied constitutions,the concept of holism and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment should be obeyed during the treatment of disease with Chinese medicine.Based on the pathogenesis,heat syndrome is treated with cold method,cold syndrome is treated with heat method,excess syndrome is treated by purgation and deficient syndrome is treated by tonification.
