仙方活命饮加味治疗急性盆腔炎临床研究

目的:观察仙方活命饮加味治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年12月—2013年12月本院治疗的急性盆腔炎患者116例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组给予头孢曲松2.0 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m L静脉滴注,盐酸多西环素100 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m L静脉滴注,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用仙方活命饮加味治疗。结果:对照组有效率82.76%,观察组有效率93.1%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后高切血黏度、低切血黏度、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率均优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞、C反应蛋白、炎性包块、盆腔积液水平均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:仙方活命饮加味治疗急性盆腔炎疗效显著。

The Clinical Research into Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated with Supplemented Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage on acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospital between December of 2011 and December of 2013 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given 2.0 g of ceftriaxone mixed with 100 mL of sodium chloride injection with 0.9％ concentration for intravenous drip,100 mg of hydrochloride doxycycline mixed with 100ml of sodium chloride injection with 0.9％ concentration for intravenous drip,while the ones in the observation group were added Supplemented Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 82.76％,while that of the observation group was 93.1％;And the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜0.05).After the treatment,high blood viscosity,low shear blood viscosity,hematocrit and platelet adhesion rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,white cells,C reactive protein,inflammatory masses and pelvic fluid level the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
