腰痹通汤联合氨糖美辛肠溶片治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症56例

目的:观察腰痹通汤联合氨糖美辛肠溶片治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月—2015年4月就诊于本院的退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者112例随机分为对照组和治疗组各56例,对照组给予氨糖美辛肠溶片内服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用腰痹通汤治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2周。结果:观察组有效率为91.1%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异性显著(χ~2=5.134,P=0.042);观察组腰椎功能较对照组提高明显,腰腿痛较对照组减轻显著,腰腿痛对日常生活能力的影响与对照组相比更小,差异性显著(P0.05);观察组经治疗后的血液流变改善优于对照组,炎性因子水平较治疗前及对照组降低明显,差异性显著(P0.05)。结论:腰痹通汤联合氨糖美辛肠溶片内服治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症疗效确切,能显著提高患者的腰椎功能,缓解腰腿痛感,减轻腰腿痛对日常生活能力的影响。

Fifty-Six Cases with Retrogressive Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Treated with Yaobitong Decoction Combined with Glucosamine Indomethacin Entric-coated Tablets

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yaobitong Decoction combined with Glucosamine Indomethacin Entric-coated Tablets on retrogressive lumbar spinal stenosis (RLSS).Methods:Totally 112 cases with RLSS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 56 cases in each group.Control group were given oral administration of Glucosamine Indomethacin Entric-coated Tablets while treatment group were additionally given Yaobitong Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.Results:The effective rate was 91.1％ in observation group,higher than that (75.0％) in control group;the difference was significant (x2 =5.134,P =0.042).The improvement of lumbar vertebral function in observation group was greater than that in control group,the relief of the lumbar and leg pain in treatment group was more remarkable than that in control group,and the influence of lumbar and leg pain on activity of daily liying in observation group was lesser than that in control group;the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The hemorheology improvement in observation group was better than that in contol group,and the level of inflammatory factor obviously declined when compared with before the treatment in the same group and after the treatment in treatment group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yaobitong Decoction combined with Glucosamine Indomethacin Entric-coated Tablets has definite therapeutic effects on RLSS,which can significantly improve the lumbar vertebra,relieve the lumbar and leg pain and relieve the influence of lumbar and leg pain on activity of daily living.
