瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的116例气虚瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片等西医常规基础治疗,观察组则加用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤内服,15 d为1个疗程,两组均连续用药6个疗程。治疗前后评价中医证候积分,对比心电图结果,统计心绞痛的平均发作情况,观察血液流变改善情况,监测治疗前后肝肾功能变化。结果:治疗后观察组的中医证候积分较治疗前及对照组显著降低,有效率为94.8%,明显高于对照组的有效率77.6%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的心电图、心绞痛、血液微循环改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者的肝肾功能各指标比较差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可减轻临床症状,改善心电图,缓解心绞痛发作。

Clinical Research on Angina of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Kuolou Xiebai White Spirit Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Kuolou Xiebai White Spirit Decoction According to Synopsis of Golden Chamber on angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:Totally 116 cases with angina of coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis blocking syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional basic treatment of western medicine with Metoprolol Tartrate while observation group were added with oral administration of Kuolou Xiebai White Spirit Decoction,15 days as a treatment course and both groups were treated continuously for 6 treatment courses.The TCM symptom scores,ECG results,average occurrence condition of angina,improvement of the hemorheology and changes of the various indicators of liver and kidney function in both groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores in observation group got marked decline when compared with before the treatment and observation group.The effective rate of observation group (94.8％) was obviously higher than that in control group (77.6％);the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The improvements in ECG result,angina,blood microcirculation in observation group was better than those in control group,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The difference in the various indicators of liver and kidney function between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:This treatment scheme has definite therapeutic effects,which can effectively and safely relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the ECG result and reduce the attack of angina.The mechanism may be associated with the improvement of blood microcirculation.
