内眼术后方应用于白内障术后疗效观察

目的:观察内眼术后方应用于白内障术后的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,选择2014年10月至2015年9月在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院眼科确诊的Ⅲ级核白内障患者63例(63眼),分为对照组30例和治疗组33例。由同一手术医师行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。对照组给予左氧氟沙星滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液滴眼,妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏涂眼,治疗组术后在对照组治疗的基础上给予内眼术后方口服,每日1剂,早晚餐后温服。治疗7 d后,观察两组患者治疗前后角膜内皮计数、角膜厚度变化,比较两组患者治疗后角膜内皮变化、角膜内皮丢失率、角膜厚度变化、角膜水肿程度。结果:两组患者术前角膜内皮计数和角膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后,对照组角膜内皮计数较手术前明显减少,角膜厚度明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组角膜内皮计数较手术前有所减少,角膜厚度有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组角膜内皮变化、角膜内皮丢失率、角膜厚度变化、角膜水肿程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内眼术后方可减轻手术对角膜内皮的损伤,对保护白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后角膜内皮功能有较好的疗效。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Decoction for Patients After Intraocular Surgery on Patients After Cataract Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Patients After Intraocular Surgery on patients after cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 63 cataract patients(63 eyes) with grade III nucleus diagnosed in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of CM from October 2014 to September 2015 were divided into the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 33 cases by using randomized controlled study.Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed by the same surgeon.The control group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops and tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops,tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Decoction for Patients After Intraocular Surgery on the basis of the control group,one dose per day,taken warm in the morning and evening after meal.After 7 days of treatment,the changes of corneal endothelial count and corneal thickness were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The changes of corneal endothelium,the loss rate of corneal endothelium,the changes of corneal thickness and the degree of corneal edema were compared between the two groups after the operation.Results:There were no significant differences in corneal endothelial count and corneal thickness between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the operation,in the control group,the corneal endothelial count significantly increased and the corneal thickness significantly reduced,and there were statistical differences compared with those before the operation(P<0.05).While in the treatment group,the corneal endothelial count increased to some degree and the corneal thickness reduced to some degree,but there were no statistical differences(P>0.05).The differences in these indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,there were significant differences in changes of corneal endothelium,loss rate of corneal endothelium,thickness of cornea and degree of corneal edema between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Patients After Intraocular Surgery can reduce the damage of corneal endothelium and,better protect the function of corneal endothelium after cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
