从穴位名称论“气”

"气"穴不仅是中医认识人体的重要结构,且在刺灸治疗时亦是施术定位的评判标准。针刺调气关键在于补泻,而补泻的关键是如何辨气,如何辨正邪大小。"用针之类,在于调气",意欲调气,需要医者先"治其神",医者要摒弃杂念,内省自视,保持极虚静的精神状态才能守神。"针响""医者得气"及"二次得气"在治疗层次上相差较大,前两类处于致病的启动阶段,施术者必须在"针响""医者得气"的基础上判别疾病的阴阳盛衰及证候的寒热虚实,诊其脉气大小后施以相应的补泻手法,才可激发"二次得气",这是针刺得气补泻的内在本质。"凡刺之道,气调而止",知气之所在而守其门户,守门户运用于临床即是守神。临床上运用"气"穴时应擅于调气与治神,二者中调神为先导,调气为关键,"以神导气,令气易行,以意通经",达到经脉调畅,血脉通利,阴阳调和之效。
