柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合腹针治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效观察

目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合腹针治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将94例失眠患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各47例,对照组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合腹针治疗,两组均连续治疗6周后判定临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及Barthel指数(BI)变化。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD评分较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),BI评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05),BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合腹针治疗脑卒中后抑郁可改善患者抑郁症状。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Bupleurum Decoction plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture on Post-Stroke Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupleurum Decoction plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell combined with abdominal acupuncture on post-stroke depression.Methods:A total of 94 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The treatment group was treated with Bupleurum Decoction plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell combined with abdominal acupuncture.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was determined after 6 weeks of continuous treatment.The changes of HAMD score and Barthel Index(BI)were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 78.72%in the control group and 93.62%in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),Bi score was significantly higher than that of the same group before the treatment(P<0.05),and the HAMD score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),Bi score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in TCM syndrome score after treatment and before treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum Decoction plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell combined with abdominal acupuncture has a remarkable efficacy on post-stroke depression,can improve depressive symptoms of the patients.
