膏肓穴临床探析

膏肓穴属足太阳膀胱经,被医家称为"增益正气之门",在临床上多采用灸法或针刺法进行治疗。膏肓穴用灸法,侧重于补虚,具有补益虚损、敛肺止咳、补火驱寒、固本防疫、散寒通经等功效。针刺膏肓穴可补虚泻实,调和阴阳。膏肓穴点刺放血,以疏散风热、泻火解暑、熄风止痉、凉血醒神、祛邪外出。通过按揉或是叩拍膏肓穴,引导经气运行,外可放松肩颈背部肌肉的僵硬,内可调整脏腑,治疗慢性支气管炎、急性额窦炎、病毒性心肌炎后遗症等。
